Terms and conditions

1. Agreement and formalization of the contract

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking with Flights Travel. All travel services are managed by HUGE EXPOSURE SERVICES INC (the Company, we, or us). A legally binding agreement will only be formed once we have received a non-refundable minimum deposit (usually starting at $100 per person, subject to change) or full payment, and your booking has been confirmed. By booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of all travelers included in the booking and agree to be responsible for all payments.

2. Prices, availability and booking conditions

All travel services are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices are based on current supplier rates, taxes, and fees, which may change before confirmation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, adjust rates, or decline bookings at our discretion. Verbal quotes are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Deposits do not guarantee final fares, and most tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable unless otherwise specified.

3. Payments and banknote issuance

Full payment is required before ticket issuance. Airline tickets are typically issued within 24 to 72 hours of payment verification. Travel documents are usually sent 7 to 14 days prior to departure. If you do not receive your documents within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. Failure to do so may affect your travel plans.

4. Travel documents and passenger responsibility

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all travel details are correct at the time of booking, including the correct spelling of names as they appear in passports. It is their responsibility to verify passport validity, visa requirements, transit permits, vaccination requirements, and entry regulations for all destinations. We are not liable for denied boarding or travel disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.

5. Flight schedules and airline changes

Flight schedules, routes, and airlines are subject to change due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or airline decisions. These changes are beyond our control. Airlines may modify schedules, aircraft types, or stopovers without prior notice. We will assist you in finding alternatives whenever possible; however, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by the airlines.

6. Use of tickets and travel conditions

All airline tickets must be used in the order in which they were issued. Failure to use any part of the ticket may result in the cancellation of the remainder of the itinerary without refund. Separate bookings are considered independent journeys, and we are not responsible for missed connections or schedule changes affecting separate tickets.

7. Special requests and medical conditions

Any special requests, including seating, meals, or assistance, must be made at the time of booking. While we will forward requests to suppliers, fulfillment is not guaranteed. Passengers with medical conditions or special needs must inform us before booking. We reserve the right to refuse bookings if it is not reasonably possible to accommodate the requirements.

8. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Most airline tickets are non-refundable and subject to strict fare rules. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The possibility of obtaining a refund depends on the airline's policies, and any approved refund may incur processing fees. Refunds can take several weeks to process. Changes to bookings may also involve airline penalties and processing fees and, in some cases, may not be permitted.

9. Force majeure

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, no compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for additional expenses (such as hotels or transportation) will be offered.

10. Baggage, insurance and additional services

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged baggage; claims must be made directly to the airline. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and loss of personal belongings. Additional services, such as upgrades or special class bookings, are subject to availability and airline policies.

11. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave responsibly throughout the journey. Any behavior that causes discomfort, damage, or harm to others may result in the termination of travel services without refund. The passenger will be liable for any damage or legal consequences arising from such conduct.

12. Claims and liability

If any problems arise during your trip, you must notify the airline or service provider immediately and inform us as soon as possible. Claims must be submitted in writing within seven days of the end of your trip. Our liability, if any, is limited to the total cost of the booking and excludes indirect or consequential losses.

13. Data protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data may be shared with airlines, hotels, and relevant authorities as necessary to complete your booking or comply with legal obligations. By using our services, you consent to this data processing.
